No, all speakers have been pre-registered.

WiSTEM will be held in the Lower B2 Level (2 levels below the lobby level). Take the Mission Tunnel Corridor to the escalators and then all the way through the foyer. You can pick up your badge at the South Registration Kiosk. Take the hallway past Salon 9 (Hall A) to Salon 15 to the Speaker Ready Room.

WiSTEM will provide coffee, tea and lunch just for speakers in the Speaker Ready Room (Salon 9) on both days.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

We encourage all speakers and attendees to use public transportation but if you need to park, here are some option: (unless notified by WiSTEM Committee differently, parking will not be reimbursed)

If you are driving, there are plenty of additional public parking lots. Additionally, for our delegates, you can download Pied Parker for local parking with discounted rates.
