Ashish Batwara

Ashish Batwara is a high tech executive with over 19 years of software development experience including 10+ years of direct leadership experience in leading and growing geographically dispersed engineering teams. Ashish has worked for companies such as Oracle, Samsung, Sandisk, NetApp, Cisco, Alcatel and MindTree. Ashish has authored two SCSI and one NVMe proposals which are now industry standard, implemented by SSD/Drive vendors. At Samsung, Fusion-io (Sandisk), and NetApp, Ashish led Software Engineering team of 50+ people. Ashish has 7 granted patents (and 6 in pending state) in the areas of Systems Software and Storage.

Ashish co-founded, advised and invested in a few software startups. Ashish was one of the winners of Silicon Valley business plan competition.
